On the commercial side, our advisers support nurseries, schools, leisure centres and local authorities throughout France, with a genuine focus on building close relationships and providing expert advice.
On the logistics side, our order-fulfilment and dispatch teams ensure reliable and prompt deliveries from a fully computerised warehouse.
And our support functions – from marketing to data analysis and customer relations – shape our offering and keep the business running smoothly.

Some of the more than 700,000 shipping boxes used each year are turned into materials for games and creative activities for children. Less waste, more imagination: it doesn’t get much more ‘Pichon’ than that.

Learning and developing at Pichon

Helping children to grow means, first and foremost, helping our teams to grow. Everyone can undertake continuous professional development via the U’Learn e-learning platform, which is accessible seven days a week, covering a wide range of topics from personal development to operational excellence. Some training courses lead to qualifications: several of our staff have obtained Green Belt certification, and all our managers are trained in continuous improvement methods. Our commitment to young talent is recognised by the HappyIndex Trainees France 2025 accreditation.
