Making the circular economy a B2B model

We aim to be the leader in the circular economy within B2B distribution. Where others treat it as a side issue, we place it at the heart of our operations by developing an in-house business to recondition used products. Because we are convinced that only a comprehensive approach can balance economic performance, social progress and respect for the environment.

As a retailer, the bulk of our environmental impact comes from the products we sell. Making circularity a driver of transformation means significantly reducing the carbon footprint of our product and service offerings.

Our Circular Hub, a fully integrated model

We have established a dedicated circular economy initiative. At the heart of this approach is our Circular Hub, a 3,000m² facility entirely dedicated to the reconditioning of used products. There, we handle collection, sorting, reconditioning and distribution. This integrated model allows us to control every stage of the product lifecycle and guarantee reliable, traceable and measurable solutions. This platform, unique in the B2B sector, is supported by the Île-de-France Region.

Chase, the chair that’s getting a new lease of life thanks to the circular economy

A product line designed for more sustainable use

Our brands are evolving their product offerings to incorporate the principles of circularity and provide alternatives to new products.
Refurbished and eco-designed products allow customers to balance economic and environmental performance, enabling them to actively contribute to a decarbonisation strategy.

Here’s how our refurbished products make a real difference for organisations:

  • Up to 30% cheaper than new products
  • Warranty of up to 3 years
  • Availability thanks to products in stock at our distribution centres

A new hybrid purchasing approach: responsibly sourced new AND refurbished products, it’s possible depending on an organisation’s needs.

Circularity as a cornerstone of our development

The circular economy addresses economic, environmental and social challenges. It enables us to balance economic performance, reduced environmental impact and value creation for all of our stakeholders.

  • Cost reduction without compromising quality
  • Reducing the carbon footprint of procurement
  • Environmental performance indicators and CSR metrics

  • Accelerating eco-design initiatives
  • Extending product lifespans through our reuse system
  • Development of a more responsible value chain
  • Joint development of sustainable solutions alongside the Manutan Group

  • Establishment of a local, non-relocatable business in a priority neighbourhood under the urban policy (QPV)
  • Emergence of circular economy sectors
  • Support for employment and professional integration, in partnership with the ARES Group
  • Reduction of the environmental impact of logistics flows
  • Contribution to the economic vitality of local ecosystems

From a linear to a circular model

In a linear model, products follow a simple cycle: produce, use, dispose.
The circular economy offers an alternative: reuse, repair and extend the product’s life.
This means both using fewer resources and extending a product’s lifespan.

The social and solidarity economy for a strong impact

We are using the circular economy as a tool for tangible social impact. Through our Circular Hub, we develop job placement initiatives in partnership with organisations in the social and solidarity economy, such as ARES and Ateliers Sans Frontières. This model helps guide people toward employment while developing skills that are useful for our operations. In this way, we help strengthen local economies and build a more inclusive economy.

A robust and traceable approach

Structure, measure, demonstrate.

This is how we make circularity a reality. Our office chair refurbishment programme has been awarded the “Mastery” level by the FCBA, a leading independent organisation, attesting to the reliability and maturity of our practices.

We reinforce this commitment through a partnership with Valdelia, ensuring the traceability of material flows throughout the products’ lifecycle.

Circularity implemented at all levels

Beyond integrating it into our business model, we're implementing circularity across all of our operations.

Giving internal resources a second life

We prioritise reuse in our logistics operations through concrete measures: reusing pallets, optimising workflows and repurposing equipment. Each year, as a result, thousands of items are returned to circulation to reduce resource consumption.

Extending the service life of equipment

We incorporate repairs into our practices to avoid routine replacement. Pallets, equipment and furniture are refurbished as soon as possible, which helps minimise waste and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.

Optimising our resources and packaging

We're taking steps to reduce material use, particularly by optimising packaging and also minimising excess packaging. Our initiatives help reduce the carbon footprint of our logistics operations while improving operational efficiency.
