Our roles
At Manutan UK, the sales teams are at the heart of the business. Field sales, inside sales, sales support or back office: they support customers every day and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Around them sits a wealth of expertise: supply chain and logistics, digital marketing, offer, finance and human resources. All work together to deliver a simple, reliable experience for customers.
One of our strengths? Internal mobility. Many employees have changed roles over the course of their journey, moving for example from sales to marketing, or from operations to product management. Here, the opportunities are real… and they are there to be seized!
A culture that builds connection
Our Boost Team is dedicated to the employee experience. On the agenda: company lunches, a small monthly treat (the “mid-month pick me up”), regular get-togethers and many charity events. So many chances to come together, celebrate successes and strengthen team spirit.
Throw away less, recover more
At Manutan UK, we reduce our impact in particular by reusing damaged products. This approach is part of a structured carbon trajectory, with action plans on direct emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) and a dedicated roadmap for Scope 3.
Energy, waste, vehicles: concrete actions
Renewable electricity, a gradual switch to LED lighting, recycling of paper, cardboard, metal and plastic, food waste collection, energy recovery from warehouse waste: the initiatives are many and share one goal, reducing our environmental footprint. Today, no warehouse waste goes to landfill and the company car fleet is now 100% electric.
Getting involved beyond the office
Our employees have volunteering days to support charities and local initiatives. A way to give time to causes that matter and to extend our commitment beyond our business.
