Remuneration

A bonus for all staff linked to the group’s performance
An annual bonus equivalent to 75 per cent of one month’s salary, paid in two instalments (October and May).
Profit-sharing and incentive schemes exceeding the statutory requirements

Working hours & work-life balance

Working@Manutan: remote working and a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 8 days in the office per month.
RTT: 15 days per year
Seniority leave and special leave for family events (weddings/civil partnerships, the start of the school year, a sick child, etc.).

A 13-hectare campus, open to all

Located in Gonesse (Val-d’Oise), our head office covers 13 hectares. With dual HQE certification for both the offices and the warehouses, the campus is modern, light-filled and offers extensive views of the surrounding countryside.
The site brings together the teams from Manutan France (Sales & Customer Relations) and those from the Group (Tech, Data, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Communications). It is a unique setting that fosters communication and collaboration.
