Helping businesses, education and public institutions make better purchasing decisions

We are using B2B commerce as a catalyst for a better business model.
The role of our brands goes beyond simply distributing products: they inform choices, guide purchasing decisions and help organisations adopt practices that are more transparent, responsible and effective.

We want to make the act of purchasing a key driver of decarbonisation by focusing our efforts where the impact is greatest: the products and services we sell

Measure to take better action

Performance management is a key driver of transformation.

Environmental impact scores, dedicated reporting, analytical tools…: we provide clients and suppliers with reliable data to better understand impacts and guide decision-making.
Measurement is becoming a practical tool for evaluating options, making comparisons and charting decarbonisation pathways.

Working alongside our suppliers

Scope 3 accounts for the majority of our carbon footprint. Our priority, therefore, is to work with our suppliers to change practices.

To this end, we identify the partners with the highest emissions and engage them in a dialogue focused on carbon data and reduction targets. At the same time, we are incorporating carbon criteria into our new product listings and supporting our suppliers’ capacity-building efforts in eco-design, reparability and material optimisation.

Establishing responsible practices

We embed responsibility at the heart of our internal processes. Working conditions, product safety, business conduct and user protection: these requirements guide our decisions and shape our day-to-day practices.

Our guidelines and policies provide a clear framework shared by all our teams and partners. This approach ensures compliance and, above all, the long-term consistency of our business model.

Assess and improve

External benchmarks allow us to measure the quality of our practices and identify areas for improvement. The Group-wide EcoVadis assessment and the “Engagé RSE” certification for subsidiaries in the local authorities and education division in France provide a structured perspective on our environmental, social and ethical performance.
These initiatives help us challenge our practices and meet our customers’ growing expectations.

The result: a practical, results-oriented approach that leads to tangible progress.
