Manutan Local Authorities
Serving those who serve others

Follow us

At Manutan Collectivités, we support the people who keep schools, health and social care facilities, and local authorities running, with the equipment, services and advice they need every day.
As part of Manutan Group, we offer over 300,000 products and services, driven by one conviction: every piece of equipment can help improve educational success, resident safety and quality of life for citizens.
A human-scale business certified Great Place to Work, we stay true to one commitment: being "at the service of those who serve others".

At Manutan Collectivités, we have decided to take action by embedding CSR as an integral part of all our activities, guided by a clear vision and a governance structure dedicated to the implementation of our strategy.

Vincent Sans, Chief Executive

At Manutan Collectivités, we make sure that everyone feels comfortable and can be themselves at work. Listening, trust and a healthy work-life balance are part of our daily lives and guide the way we work. We support every employee so they can develop at their own pace, in a straightforward, calm and respectful environment, where everyone can find their place and thrive.

Local initiatives that make a difference

Our actions are based on concrete, measurable and sincere commitments.

Reasons to join us

Inclusion through work: furniture that opens doors

As long-standing partners of ADAPEI 79, we actively contribute to vocational integration by offering over 1,400 items of furniture made in France by people with disabilities.
This partnership represents over €600,000 in committed purchases and provides tangible support for 40 career paths.
An initiative that combines social impact, support for local communities and the creation of sustainable value.

CSR: labels, but above all, evidence

A commitment recognised by rigorous standards: the 2-star CSR Commitment Label (AFNOR/ISO 26000), ISO 9001 & 14001 certification, the European Responsibility Label, and Great Place to Work: our commitment is assessed by independent third parties. In 2025, the award of our second AFNOR/ISO 26000 star will mark the culmination of a robust and sustainable collective approach, fully integrated into our practices.

The environmental transition: measure, reduce, start again

We are taking concrete action to reduce our environmental impact: a 20 per cent reduction in our carbon footprint, a fleet of vehicles aiming to be 100 per cent green by 2026, and a key commitment within the Fret21 programme to decarbonise our transport operations.
In 2025, 9,591 kg of waste was recycled, illustrating the commitment of our teams on a day-to-day basis.
Measure, adjust, improve: a continuous improvement approach at the heart of our practices.

Education: promoting equal opportunities

As a patron of the École Fractale in Niort and a partner of UNICEF France for over ten years, we work to promote equal opportunities, both in France and internationally, from Year 1 through to adolescence. Because helping those who are learning also means supporting those who guide them.

Learning and developing at Manutan Collectivités

Every employee plays an active role in their own development. Structured career paths, a culture of feedback, annual appraisals, a focus on internal mobility, and training opportunities accessible via U'Learn: the schemes are in place, they are practical, and they work. In 2024, 97 per cent of employees received support in developing their skills, with an average of 5.58 training sessions per person.
