Rapid Racking
Storage is our speciality, our team is our strength

Follow us

Since 1986, Rapid Racking has helped professionals organise and optimise their workspaces, from simple storage needs to technical projects. Part of Manutan Group since 2008, we bring together product expertise, service and a hands-on culture. Our site even has its own story: a former Second World War airfield, home to a team that likes solid solutions.

Rapid Racking is a specialist, and that is our strength. We know storage inside out, from the simplest racking to the most technical projects, and our product expertise is what sets us apart. Backed by the Manutan Group, we keep building solid, lasting solutions for our customers.

Phil Pearson, Managing Director

At Rapid Racking, our roles are demanding and very specific, and that is exactly what makes them exciting. We support every new joiner with in-depth onboarding, and we care about a working environment where people feel good, down to the small everyday details.

Here, we move forward as a team, we trust one another, and everyone builds a path that reflects who they are.

Discover our values

At Rapid Racking being united is not a posture, it is how we work.
We share a common culture, clear goals and a commitment to quality that creates consistency across the Group.

  • Moving forward in the same direction, with a shared vision
  • Cooperating across roles and countries
  • Keeping commitments and making transparency a lever for trust
  • Celebrating collective successes

At Rapid Racking, trust is a principle for action.
It comes to life through close, empowering management that gives autonomy and encourages initiative.

  • A human-scale organisation, with a short hierarchy
  • Listening and paying attention to team wellbeing
  • Giving people the means to act and take on challenges
  • Testing, innovating and taking the initiative for customers

At Rapid Racking, careers evolve and give meaning to what we do.
We invest in skills development and internal mobility so that everyone can grow over time.

  • Giving meaning to one's career
  • Developing expertise and taking on wider responsibilities
  • Seizing opportunities to grow and building a path within the Group
  • Contributing to a sustainable and responsible business model

Our roles

At Rapid Racking, some roles are truly one of a kind. Our technical designers create bespoke solutions and master technical drawing in AutoCAD. Our sales teams benefit from in-depth onboarding and training, in keeping with how technical our products are. Around them, the warehouse, marketing (dedicated offer and supply), finance and HR complete the team.
On paper, some job titles may look familiar. The expertise they call on is far less so.

Solid, right down to our commitments

At Rapid Racking, our products are built to last. So are our commitments. Friendliness, reuse, waste reduction, volunteering: we move forward on our scale, with concrete actions and plenty of down-to-earth common sense.

Reasons to join us

A culture of engagement

Our Boost Team runs the employee experience throughout the year: company lunches, a small monthly treat, regular get-togethers and charity events, to keep the connection, the friendliness and the energy of the team alive.

A responsible model

Our metal and wood products have an impact we take seriously. We are developing rental and second-hand options to extend their lifespan, and we give a second life to damaged items.

Environment: less waste, more common sense

Renewable electricity, a gradual switch to LED lighting, sorting and recycling of office and warehouse waste (wood, metal, chipboard), zero waste to landfill, a fleet of electric or hybrid vehicles: the actions are concrete, visible and embedded in our operations.

Volunteering: time to help locally

Employees can get involved in local causes through volunteering days. A simple way to support the local area, build connections and put the team's energy behind initiatives that matter.
