At Casal Sport, everyone plays a key role in the team’s performance!

Our sales advisers and assistants are out in the field, working closely with local authorities, clubs and schools. Their mission? To understand needs, support sports projects and promote participation in sport throughout France.

When it comes to marketing, logistics and procurement, every action counts towards the team’s success. These roles create an attractive offering, select the best equipment and ensure a seamless process, from design to delivery.

Our installation and marking roles, meanwhile, occupy a special place. Our installation experts transform projects into pitches and facilities ready to host thousands of matches and training sessions. The marking teams add the finishing touch by customising kits and equipment with precision and expertise.

Our CSR strategy

Inclusion: sport to open up the game

As partners of organisations such as Kabubu, Upsport and local ESATs, we help to promote social inclusion through sport: by donating equipment, providing employment support and raising awareness amongst teams… Sport brings people together and fosters connections.

CSR: a robust, certified approach

Having been awarded the ‘Engagé RSE’ certification (level 3/4) by AFNOR, we integrate corporate social responsibility into our day-to-day operations: a growing range of eco-friendly products and services, the Fret21 commitment to reducing our transport emissions, waste sorting in partnership with ELISE, and green energy (biogas contract). Our profit-sharing scheme itself plays a part in this, with criteria aimed at reducing energy consumption.

Fairness: a level playing field, equal opportunities

At Casal Sport, we are committed to fairness in every respect: we recruit inclusively, guarantee equal pay and ensure fair access to leadership roles. We have a clear target: to have four women amongst our 10 highest-paid employees by 2027.
And this is evident in practice: 100 per cent of our staff feel they are treated fairly, regardless of any disability they may have.

At Manutan, any employee can propose a charity or environmental project and receive financial, material or organisational support to carry it out. You don’t need to have a specific idea: you can also volunteer for initiatives that are already underway.

We’re fully committed to internal mobility, opening up roles internally before recruiting externally, so that everyone can change their remit, take on new challenges and build a long-term career path. Several initiatives support these developments, such as the Team Leader, Tribes and LofT programmes.
The ‘Vis-mon-job’ programme complements this training by enabling staff to gain an inside look at another role.

Altorf, our playground

Based in Altorf, Alsace, the Casal Stadium is much more than just our head office: it is a vibrant hub where sport is part of everyday life. Featuring an on-site gym, it regularly hosts sporting activities for staff, as well as spaces designed to encourage interaction, collaboration and socialising. All this in a welcoming, intimate setting, in the heart of Alsace and just a few minutes from Strasbourg.
