Manutan Group: European leader in B2B commerce

Manutan Group is an independent, family-owned group operating in 17 countries across Europe, specialising in B2B commerce and the distribution of professional equipment. For more than 60 years, we have been supporting businesses, education and public institutions by developing a responsible, committed model rooted in a philosophy of progress.

Together with our brands, customers, partners and employees, we are building a B2B business model that is more useful, fairer, and more sustainable.

Our independence gives us the ability to make decisions with a long-term perspective, with high standards and a sense of responsibility. This has guided our development since our founding.

Xavier Guichard, Executive Chairman

Doing Better. Every Day.

The Manutan Group advocates a B2B business model that goes beyond distribution.

A model that puts people at the center, leverages technology that benefits everyone and integrates CSR into every stage of its value chain.

Through our specialist brands, we help organisations to work better, buy better and learn better.

This approach is rooted in a strong conviction: performance is built over time by combining innovation, industry expertise and collective intelligence.

Doing Better. Every Day.

Each day is an opportunity to improve what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.
More than just a slogan, it’s a collective drive rooted in continuous improvement.

Our mission: to empower organisations for long-lasting performance

The Manutan Group is developing a portfolio of specialised, complementary and socially responsible brands, each positioned in specific markets.

Every day, these brands provide organisations with the resources they need to work more effectively, make better purchasing decisions and learn more effectively.

They simplify procurement processes, support decision-making, and integrate sustainability criteria at every stage of the value chain.

Performance is not limited to financial results. It is also measured by the impact created for customers, employees, partners and society.

Our values guide our actions

The Manutan Group, together with its brands, employees and partners, operates on the principles of shared value and collective responsibility.

Commitment

We act with determination, transparency and responsibility to achieve our ambitions.

Collective spirit

Success is built together. We value cooperation, solidarity, and the strength of “us” to grow the collective.

Adaptability

Curious and open-minded, we know how to adapt, question our assumptions, and continuously learn to always do better.

Authenticity

We act with simplicity, honesty, and common sense. We say what we do and do what we say.

Independent and committed governance

Since 1966, the Manutan Group has chosen to remain a family-owned business.

This model allows us to:

  • Invest for the long-term
  • Make strategic decisions
  • Balance financial performance with positive impact

Independence is not merely a status.
It is a catalyst for action, consistency and accountability.
