Taking Action on Climate Change: Facts and Figures

Our 2030 climate goals were validated in June 2025 by the SBTi, the organization that certifies companies’ climate goals. In terms of transportation, the FRET21 program has already enabled us to reduce our emissions by 12.6%, well beyond our initial target of 7%. Our fleet of company vehicles continues its transition, with electric vehicles already accounting for 31.6% of the fleet.

Working Toward a More Circular Model

Since 2024, our Circular Hub has been refurbishing products to give them a second life. On the product side, more than 100,000 eco-friendly products are available in our catalog, including more than 30,000 that have an environmental impact score.

At the Circular Hub, our professional reintegration program supports participants’ return to the workforce. Inclusion is also a priority internally, with women making up 48% of the Group’s workforce and training programs on diversity, equity, inclusive hiring, and intergenerational management. A bonus for all employees based on the group's performance
An annual bonus equivalent to 75% of one month’s salary, paid in two installments (October and May).

Work-Life Balance

Working@Manutan: Remote work and a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 8 days on-site per month.
RTT: 15 days per year

A 13-hectare campus, accessible to everyone

Located at Parc des Tulipes in Gonesse (Val-d'Oise), just a few minutes from the RER B line, our headquarters spans 13 hectares. With dual HQE certification for both the offices and the warehouses, the campus is modern, bright, and opens up to the natural surroundings.
Two complementary dynamics coexist here: Manutan France, the Group’s largest subsidiary in France, which focuses on customer relations, and the Group functions, which manage projects on a European scale. One campus, two ambitions moving forward together.
