A better society

We place people at the heart of our model, as a key driver of sustainable performance.
We create the conditions for everyone to engage, grow and contribute fully to our collective success.
To this end, we invest in skills development, workplace equality, quality of life at work and each individual’s ability to grow.

The transformation of our business model depends first and foremost on the people who make up the Manutan Group. For them, we invest in: skills development, workplace equality, quality of life at work, and each person’s ability to contribute and grow.

Why join us

Working conditions as a driver of engagement

Health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace are managed as closely as possible at team level. We focus on prevention, training and awareness-raising, particularly in our logistics operations, where safety is a daily priority.
Inclusion is an integral part of this approach. Guided by the Group’s Disability Charter, it takes the form of initiatives to promote equal opportunities, adapt work environments and drive change in practices.

The employee experience is guided and monitored through surveys, such as those conducted annually by Great Place to Work® or ChooseMyCompany®. In 2026, 100% of eligible subsidiaries were certified as Great Place to Work®, and Manutan ranked 5th in the HappyTrainees France rankings (work-study students and interns).

Each year, these various surveys lead to action plans that are monitored by senior management. From managerial communication and cooperation to the quality of workspaces, the teams are directly involved in the improvements that are implemented.

To improve the employee experience for logistics teams, specific projects are being carried out in collaboration with teams at the Group’s 12 warehouses, based on challenges identified on the ground.

Developing talent and skills

At Manutan Group, everyone is encouraged to grow according to their abilities and motivations.
Training, internal mobility and apprenticeship programmes help employees develop their skills and become more independent.

Nurturing the talent of tomorrow

Through the Leaders of Tomorrow and Tribes programmes, we support future leaders and young talent from all of our European subsidiaries through cross-functional development paths, mentoring and job shadowing.
Our goal: to nurture the talent of tomorrow.

Accelerating digital skills

Through the Digital Factory, we support employees in developing skills related to data, digital technology and AI.
The goal: to accelerate the evolution of practices and foster a shared digital culture across the Group.

Developing key skills

We have developed a Group Learning Policy to foster both technical skills and soft skills. Through our University, we offer training programmes designed to keep pace with changes in our business lines, support individual growth, and strengthen a shared culture across the Group.

Making education accessible to everyone

With U’Learn, our internal digital platform, employees have access to training programmes in multiple languages, both online and in person.
Each employee receives an average of 16.5 hours of training per year.

Supporting young talent

The Manutan Group ranks among the Top 10 in the 2026 HappyIndex® Trainees ranking for interns and work-study students in France. This recognition reflects the company’s commitment to supporting their development, learning and growth.

Increasing flexibility

With WORKING@MANUTAN, eligible teams organise their work using a hybrid model, combining in-person and remote work, with greater autonomy and responsibility.

Going beyond our core business

In 2025, we established the Manutan Social Fund.
This fund supports grassroots projects focused on inclusion, mental health and children’s wellbeing. It enables our employees to get involved locally with organisations and initiatives that make a difference.

Designed as a shared platform, the initiative aims to bring together the social actions carried out by subsidiaries and employees, while leaving ample room for local initiative, in line with a “think global, act local” approach.

This initiative also builds on the Group’s long-standing efforts, such as its partnership with the Association Sport dans la Ville to promote social integration through sports, and the Findel Foundation in the UK, which works with schools and educational communities.

Each year, the Manutan Group donates nearly €2 million worth of goods to charitable organisations.

Advancing our ecosystem

We work with our partner suppliers to improve practices throughout our value chain. Responsible sourcing, ethics, working conditions, transparency… we take action at every level.

Today, more than three quarters of the suppliers in the Business Division have signed our Ethics Charter. CSR criteria are gradually being incorporated into our supplier evaluations.

Promoting diversity and equal opportunity

At Manutan Group, we are committed to ensuring that everyone finds their place and can grow professionally without discrimination, regardless of gender, age, background, sexual orientation, disability, or life experience.

In 2025, Manutan Group committed to the first regional philanthropic fund dedicated to equal opportunity in Val-d’Oise (France).
The goal: to support local projects related to education, career guidance, and the professional integration of young people in the region where the Group’s headquarters are located.

Through our work, we aim to contribute to a world where everyone is given the opportunity to achieve self-reliance through work and education. We firmly believe that a collective approach, rooted in the community, is key to success.
