Group Management Board
Manutan Holding, the parent company of the Manutan Group, is a simplified joint-stock company. It sets the Group’s strategic direction and ensures the consistency of its long-term development.
At the helm, Xavier Guichard, Executive Chairman and Pierre-Olivier Brial, Chief Executive Officer, jointly lead the Group. Together, they champion a model based on independence, accountability, and the creation of sustainable value.
The Group Management Board meets monthly to oversee the implementation of the strategy.
It defines priorities, sets operational objectives and allocates the necessary resources, with a focus on sustainable performance and coordination among the various entities.
As a collective steering body, it embodies a governance model based on complementary expertise, shared responsibility and effective decision-making.
Xavier Guichard
As a great lover of art in all its forms and particularly keen on contemporary painting, Xavier Guichard is a director driven by the mission of ‘Entrepreneurship for a Better World’.
After graduating from Brest Business School, he worked for Packard Bell Nec Computers as a Business Controller before joining the Manutan Group at the age of 29 as Group Management Controller. In 2005, he became Managing Director of the Scandinavian subsidiaries, then took over the Group’s operations. In November 2011, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then Chief Executive Officer in 2013.
Since September 2023, he has held the position of Group Chairman.
Pierre-Olivier Brial
After graduating from EDHEC in 1996, he began his career at Bossard consultants. Hired in 2001 by the French company Manutan as Head of e-business, he subsequently took on various management roles within the Group, including the management of European geographical areas.
He joined the Group’s management team in 2011. Since September 2023, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer. He runs the Group alongside Xavier Guichard, Chairman of Manutan and grandson and son of the company’s founders.
He is also Vice-Chairman of METI (Mouvement des Entreprises de Taille Intermédiaire or medium-sized companies’ movement) and founded the Club ETI Ile-de-France. Beside this, he is a member of the steering committee of "Les entreprises s'engagent" community.
Pierre-Olivier Brial
After graduating from EDHEC in 1996, he began his career at Bossard consultants. Hired in 2001 by the French company Manutan as Head of e-business, he subsequently took on various management roles within the Group, including the management of European geographical areas.

Alexis Clarke
Alexis Clarke, graduated from the EDHEC Business School in 1994 and holds a master’s degree in marketing, Alexis has also held several managerial positions at Redcats, Camif and Staples between 1995 and 2014, and developed advanced skills in multi-channel distance sales.
He joined the Manutan group in 2015 as Product Marketing and Purchasing Director and was given responsibility for the supply chain in 2018. In 2020, he became Director of Operations.
Then, in 2021, he took the reins of the Marketing Department for the Manutan group, with a mission to strengthen Manutan's position as a leader in B2B e-commerce.
Marion Deridder Blondel
A graduate of HEC Paris, Marion built her career in the energy, industrial, and consumer goods sectors, working for Groupe Atlantic, Cofel, and Engie.
She joined Manutan Group in 2026 as Chief Marketing Officer and became a member of the Executive Committee.
She oversees customer marketing and product/service offering marketing, with the aim of strengthening the alignment between offering strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
Xavier Guichard

Nisrene Haddad
As a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the American University of Beirut, Nisrene began her career in the oil and gas industry. She completed an MBA in strategy at the Rotterdam School of Management in 2008 and wrote a thesis on “the implementation of the CSR strategy in companies”.
In 2010, she joined the Wavin group as the company's Sustainable Development Director.
Between 2013 and 2021, she worked for several groups: Arizona Chemical (then Kraton), Orbia (conglomerate of 6 companies from mining industry to agriculture) and Avery Dennison where she was in charge of sustainable development.
In 2021, she became CSR Director of the Manutan group, overseeing the Group’s social and environmental strategy in collaboration with the different departments: incorporating the CSR in the global strategy, definying objectives and indicators, prioritise actions around social inclusion and the protection of resources. She joined the Management board in 2025.
Caroline Haquet
As a Sciences Po Paris graduate, Caroline joined the communications agency Burson-Marsteller as a corporate communications consultant.
She then joined the Mazars Group within which she successively worked in the roles of Internal Communications and School Relations Manager, Recruitment and Staff Development Director then Deputy Group HRD.
In 2018, she joined WPP France as People Lead and HRD at GroupM.
In 2021, she became Manutan Group HRD and member of the Board of Directors. She aims to contribute to the group's growth by guaranteeing staff development and fulfilment and spreading the common culture across all 25 subsidiaries.
Armelle Lavoisy
A graduate of EDHEC Business School in 1998, Armelle has dedicated her entire career to Information Systems. From Saint Gobain to Damart and Edenred, she has worked across a range of diverse industries, consistently engaged with transformation challenges.
In 2024, she joined Manutan as Chief Information & Transformation Officer and became a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. Her goal is to position her team as a business partner supporting the company’s digital transformation.
Armelle is also a member of the French Women CIO association, which aims to enhance the visibility of women in digital professions.
Philippe Mallard
With 25 years' experience in sales and marketing on the local authorities and education market, Philippe joined Manutan in 2014 as Managing Director of Manutan Collectivités.
He created a meaningful vision with a growth strategy and adapted organisational structure to bring teams together around a dynamic of continuous improvement, with the aim of building a responsible and inspiring market leader that contributes.
In 2021, he becomes head of the Group local authorities division, which includes the subsidiaries Manutan Collectivités, Casal Sport and Papeteries Pichon.
Fabienne Ménard
As a graduate from EM Lyon, Fabienne started her career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen where she carried out various audit and financial consulting assignments within the framework of transactions on behalf of medium-sized and large companies.
She then joined the TDF group in 2001 as a corporate finance analyst. In the space of twelve years, she occupied several roles within the group including financial control, corporate finance and group performance director, finance business partner for the international division and management control director before being promoted to the position of finance, treasury, and investor relations director.
In 2013, she joined La Poste group as financial director of the digital branch and data marketing activities. Then in 2016 she joined the OGF group in the role of financial director and extended her scope of responsibilities to the sourcing and audit division.
In 2022, she became Manutan Group CFO and member of the Board of Directors, responsible for three divisions: Finance, Legal and Risk Management and Internal Audit. Her ambition is to contribute to the Group's growth by acting as a business partner to stakeholders and supporting activity management through finance, as well as accelerating the transformation towards greater efficiency and digitalisation.
