Manutan Group supports talent at every stage
Manutan Group is committed to developing its people. To support them at every stage of their careers, we have created tailored development programmes: Tribes for early-career talent, Leaders of Tomorrow for experienced high-potential employees, and LeaPP for our senior leaders. Since these programmes were launched, more than 100 people have taken part. This year, new cohorts are getting underway.
Tribes: unlocking potential early in a career
Tribes is designed for young talent identified for their potential and ambition to grow. The programme aims to build their confidence, develop their skills and deepen their understanding of how the business operates.
Participants gain a better understanding of themselves, explore the key challenges facing our business model and work on their communication skills. They also have the opportunity to engage directly with senior leaders and share their thoughts on the company’s strategic priorities.
Beyond the learning experience itself, Tribes helps build connections between colleagues from different functions, countries and Group entities. This diversity of perspectives prepares participants to thrive in a collaborative, international environment.
Leaders of Tomorrow (LofT): accelerating the development of future leaders
LofT is designed for experienced, high-potential talent, preparing them to take on broader responsibilities across the Group. Through the programme, participants sharpen their strategic thinking by exploring new ways of working, broadening their external perspective and further developing their skills.
Experiential learning is at the heart of the programme. Learning expeditions to innovative and inspiring organisations, real-world business challenges, personalised coaching and discussions with members of the Executive Committee all help participants broaden their horizons and develop their leadership capabilities.
By the end of the programme, participants are equipped to contribute to strategic discussions and drive the major transformations shaping the future of Manutan Group, acting as true ambassadors for the business.
Leadership for Evolution, Agility, Performance with Passion (LeaPP): strengthening leadership to drive transformation
LeaPP supports our directors in their leadership roles, helping them make a stronger contribution to the Group’s strategic development and transformation.
The programme combines several complementary approaches: assessments and 360-degree feedback, peer workshops, thought-provoking talks, peer learning groups, practical on-the-job challenges and management coaching. This approach helps embed learning over the long term while creating opportunities to exchange ideas and perspectives on the company’s strategic challenges.
Ultimately, LeaPP empowers our leadership community to tackle today’s challenges and prepare for those of tomorrow by encouraging leaders to step back, strengthen their core skills and bring out the best in their teams.
Through these programmes, we aim to create the conditions for everyone to thrive, grow and make their fullest contribution to our collective success. This is how we nurture the next generation of talent and enable every individual to make a greater impact.
